I have forgot my Refog password. What do I do?

You can protect Refog logs with a password ("Settings" > "Password"). But what if you forget the password and find yourself locked out of Refog?

Just in this case there's a simple way to recover access.

Are you using a Trial version of Refog? 

1. Launch Refog program and use this master password: MPKADMINPSW
2. Set a new password using "Settings" > "Password"

Are you using a Registered version of Refog?

You will need your Refog registration key to reset the password. You should have got the registration key right after purchase. If you no longer have the key you can look it up in your account or ask our customer service.

The key looks like this: AAAAAA-11111-AAAAA-11111-AAAAA-11111

1. Launch Refog program and use your registration key instead of a password.
2. Set a new password using "Settings" > "Password"
